We are seeking an experienced full time Receptionist/Secretary to work front of house within our busy practice based in Newtown. You will provide a friendly, professional initial contact with clients visiting the office and contacting us by phone.
Other duties will include collecting/dropping off post, opening and distributing it as appropriate, secretarial duties for fee earners, purchasing sundries for the office, e.g. milk, tea, cleaning products, etc, filing, use of database, Microsoft Outlook, faxes, and other administrative tasks as needed. As front of house you will be able to professionally handle a diverse range of clients.
Key skills required include excellent client care, good telephone manner, ability to work under pressure in a busy environment, and computer literacy/word processing skills.
