There is a standard minimum charge of 1.00% of value (all matters are a minimum £995 plus VAT) - this can be discussed with fee earner.

As these are commercial searches they vary greatly depending on the price and complexity of the property being searched. An estimate for commercial searches is between £800 and £1,500.
