A Cohabitation contract depends on the time it takes to reach an agreement but should, ideally, be completed before you star living together.
Fees
Cohabitation Agreement - Three Hundred Pounds (£300.00) plus VAT of Sixty Pounds (£60.00) totalling Three Hundred and Sixty Pounds (£360.00)
If the matters are complicated the Fee Earner dealing with the matter will advise you that they fall outside the above fees and the work will be charged in line with the following:
A charge for all work undertaken in relation to this matter will be carried out at our standard rates
