Time frame
The following time frames apply to Pre-Nuptial Agreement and Post Nuptial
Pre-Nuptial Agreement – within the 28 days prior to the date of your Wedding
Post Nuptial Agreement – within the 28 days after the date of your Wedding
Fees
Pre-Nuptial Agreement - Three Hundred Pounds (£300.00) plus VAT of Sixty Pounds (£60.00) totalling Three Hundred and Sixty Pounds (£360.00)
Post Nuptial Agreement - Three Hundred Pounds (£300.00) plus VAT of Sixty Pounds (£60.00) totalling Three Hundred and Sixty Pounds (£360.00)
If the matters are complicated the Fee Earner dealing with the matter will advise you that they fall outside the above fees and the work will be charged in line with the following:
A charge for all work undertaken in relation to this matter will be carried out at our standard rates
